Originally I used photography as an aid to document art historical artifacts during my fieldwork in India. This resulted in the completion of my PhD from University of Chicago, then my book Temple Architecture and Sculpture of the Nolambas, and other articles. Through the years and travels my interests and needs have changed. Photography now is an obsession, a creative communication that keeps me going. I exhibit nationally and have works in private collections.
Now retired, I taught Asian art history and served as professor and chair of art and design at Monmouth University in New Jersey. Currently living in Virginia.
